Extra night(s)

  • in Bucharest – If you plan on arriving in Bucharest we’ve secured a deal with the 1 star Carpati Hotel for up to 55 persons. You are welcome to arrive here up to 3 nights in advance (22nd-24th October) or stay in after the event. The hotel rooms’ setup varies – some are with their own bathroom and others aren’t – distribution will be first come first serve. We hope this will not be very discouraging and we apologize for any inconveniences we might be creating with this situation. The price is 35 € / night + an optional 15 € /day sightseeing tax. Due to the limited number of persons we can accommodate, visitors opting for sightseeing will receive priority in being lodged.
  • in Sinaia – If you’d like to spend your extra nights in Sinaia, before or after the event, at the 3 star Sinaia Hotel, the cost will be 35 € / night for accommodation and breakfast or 50 € / night for accommodation and 3 meals.

Extra night transportation in Bucharest

Those of you who arrive by plane, before the event, in Bucharest may opt-in for airport-to-hotel transportation at a cost varying between 3 and 7 . The exact price will be announced once the application period is closed and all the applications processed.
